Introduction
Certain Commands can be generated from outside of a note using the buttons located in the Patient Summary, from the cards on the right (Protocols, Labs, Uncategorized Clinical Documents), or directly from the patient Panel View (Labs, Imaging, Prescription Refills).
When adding Commands from within the chart, they will be added to open notes based on cursor placement. This allows users to ensure the Command is added to the correct note. If no note is open and/or the cursor has not yet entered an open note upon chart entry, a new Chart Review Note will be created.
All committed Commands created outside of the patient's chart from the Panel Filters will create a new Chart Review Note that automatically locks so that the user does not have to enter the Chart.
