Canvas Support Transition from Canvas Chat
To better manage incoming requests and streamline responses, our Support team will be transitioning completely to our ticketing portal, Zendesk, starting after the Release on 1/18/2023. At that time, the option to chat Canvas Support via in app chat will be sunset and no longer available. Click here for instructions on how to submit a support ticket to Zendesk.
Settings
Added Configuration Setting NETWORK_STATUS_DIMMER_ENABLED
Customers will have the ability to control the config setting NETWORK_STATUS_DIMMER_ENABLED to trigger a "no network" message over notes if user loses internet connection.
