Introduction
All requests to schedule an appointment using the Follow Up command can be found in the Recall Appointments List.

Step by Step
- Begin in the Schedule View
- Navigate to the filter panel in the top right
- Click on the triple dot menu
- Select
- Review the list of patients with pending appointment requests, columns include:
- Patient: Patient First and Last name and phone number
- Appointment: Appointment Type and Approximate Date for the requested appointment
- Reason for Visit:
- Requested: Requestor Name and Date Requested
- Internal Comments: Comments for staff visibility entered in the Follow-Up Command
- Select the desired patient name to navigate to the patient chart
- Locate the Schedule an Appointment note within the patient's chart
- Schedule the appointment to remove it from the Recall Appointments list.
NOTE: You can also remove the patient from the appointment list by deleting the appointment note.
